Innovation Qualcomm – IQ - is an annual EMEA event which brings together the brightest minds in mobile technologies to deliver the latest in mobile technology, products and services and an insight into the future through demonstrations, technical learning opportunities, and visionary keynotes from Qualcomm's senior executives, including Dr Paul Jacobs, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer.

The third annual event, IQ211 took place from the 13th-14th September, 2011, at the Ciragan Palace, in Istanbul, attracting over 500 senior industry executives, managers, engineers and programmers from publisher, developer, content provider, wireless service operator, device manufacturer and technology provider companies, as well as industry press and analysts.
