A: The third annual event, IQ2011, took place on 13th-14th September 2011 at the Ciragan Palace, part of the Kempinski Hotel in Istanbul, Turkey.
Q: Who attended IQ2011?
A: The event was designed to cater for attendees from Europe, the Middle East and Africa, but we also had visitors from further afield.Over 500 senior industry executives, managers, engineers and programmers from publisher, developer, content provider, wireless service operator, device manufacturer and technology provider companies attended the event, as well as industry press and analysts. Attendance was on an invite only basis so that we could tailor each segment of the event to attendees.

A: The event offered direct access to the latest in mobile technology, products and services and an insight into the future through demonstrations, technical learning opportunities, and visionary keynotes from Qualcomm's senior executives, including Dr Paul Jacobs, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Specific demonstrations and discussions this year covered 2G to 3G and 4G migration, the evolution of air interfaces to further improve the user experience, and our Snapdragon chipset portfolio to name but a few.
